Shielding TV from Monitor?

Hello,
I have a 19" NEC FE990 about half a foot away from a 36" Panasonic television. When both are on, I see horizontal lines that moved from top to bottom on the monitor. Is there a way to shield them from each other, or are my only options to either deal with it or move them apart?
