The allegation of sexual battery arises from an accusation in the lawsuit that the actor knowingly gave Barnett a sexually transmitted disease. According to the lawsuit, LaBeouf admitted to having the disease and used makeup to conceal physical signs of it on his body during an outbreak.

He already made a small comeback with some smaller movies after his past behavior (including violence against women) came to light, but he really should be done at this point in Hollywood. I just don't know how future investors/directors can ignore the level of violence he is accused of in this lawsuit.

Wasn't he an outspoken feminist fighting for women's rights and virtue signaling constantly on social media?

Oh the irony.... Is also unsurprising.

Growing up, you think of the actors being good people, and you kind of look up to them. And then when you get older, you realize a lot of them are sexual predators, perverts, or overall weirdos (e.g. Bill Cosby).

I think mentally I'm down to two actors who I believe are good people......Bryan Cranston and Dwayne Johnson. But give it a few more years, and I would imagine they get accused of doing something bad/weird. ;)

I mean, if you have unprotected sex with Shia LaBeouf, what were you expecting?

Well... nowadays we have Twitter. So, at least we know if an actor has bad political leanings anyway :)
