Unless there is more evidence, there's nothing here.

The victim seems to be the reason that the charges are not more serious.

She must have given testimony that supported the accident story.

The part about the deputy not being shot was a nice touch on your part, though.

Victor Hill has served as the sheriff of Clayton County, Georgia, since 2005. In 2013, Hill was reportedly acquitted of racketeering charges. The allegations stemmed from the sheriff’s use of a county credit card.

On his very first day in office, Sheriff Victor Hill fired all 27 deputies. The deputies eventually sued for wrongful termination, got their jobs back, and sued Clayton County for $7 million.
