I know what shens means, but how did the term come into use? Is it some sort of inside thing that I just wasn't here for, or am I just dense and don't get something more obvious?

Actually this is the only place I've found the term, so I just assumed it was only on anandtech and didn't think to search google or urbandictionary for that matter, since I didn't know if there would be a lot of information on it and since I knew that a lot of people here know what it means.
