Shenmue is so underrated...

I think Shenmue series both one and two are excellent games but underrated. Didn't catch on the mainstream popularity like Final Fantasy series.

Anyone play Shenmue both one and two? What did you think of the game? I thought the game excellent and had the best environment in a game.

Who said they were underrated? Shenmue enjoyed great success when it was released. Shenmue 2 unfortunately never made it to the US.

I just ordered Shenmue II for x-box after playing a demo in a store. Seems like an amazing game.

Most places have it for $19.99 now. Looks like a bargain for a great game.

You won't be disappointed. Very addictive game. Part II is so much better then one. Enjoy your game.

Yeah, its really a shame it never came here on the Dreamcast. The Xbox version I'm sure sold nowhere near the sales it would have gotten if it recieved a proper release on the Dreamcast.

I'm just glad I imported my Euro copy when it first came out - such a great game. I'm looking forward to playing through both of them this summer now that I have the time.
