I love King Crab and I love Lobster......but
Can't any of these high priced joints provide some decent cracking and cutting tools? I'm sure lots of good meat goes to waste, not to mention that people get frustrated trying to enter the exoskeletal system of some of these fine eats.
I'm thinking of crafting a tool kit, which you would carry with you when you go into such a restaurant. A little pouch with some great cutters, crackers and knives.. are you feelin me yet?
Finaly, when the waiter / waitress comes back with the check, I would request a bowl of hot water and a couple towels to clean and dry my tools with.
Hehehehehe... I've got it. I'm onto sumtin. I'll crab me a couple of big investors and Crak-u-wiz.com will be up and running in no time.
