This is a tough one .. Someone in that possesion of power is capable of doing a lot with a patient who may not have a stable mental state. He obviously abused this power. I suppose one's feeling on this instance must be based on how one feels about mental illnesses such as this type of depression. Would you consider it some sort of rape if a medical doctor who gave a patient some sort of drug inducing a mental/physical state that coerced her into deciding sex with said doctor would be a good idea? She did it on her own accord .. but only after this chemical was administered. Ok, so now would you consider it rape if a doctor used a medicine that was more mental than physical, if a shrink such as that got 'into her head' and coerced her into doing things? I don't know. I'm not saying this was or wasn't rape, I'm just saying I'm not sure what I think about it.
