http://www.autoevolution.com/news/first-woman-ducati-technician-profiled-by-puma-video-36290.html

The thought of having a woman mechanic working on a motorized vehicle is sexy, but a woman mechanic who also knows her stuff around motorcycles can only be sexier, despite the fact that some say men are more skilled at fixing things. One such ladies is Hannah Johnson, the first female factory certified Ducati Master Technician, who got profiled by PUMA in their recent Lean In video series.

Probably the hottest Ducati technicians out there, she is not like ordinary girls, preoccupied with having their nails done, or riding as a pillion behind their boyfriend. She actually takes pride with the fact that she has grease-packed fingernails, and rides her own bike, currently a Multistrada model.

Hannah claims she doesn’t know how to break things, only how to fix them. She has been with Ducati Miami for five years now, and she has recently been promoted to Service Manager at the dealership. She has built and owned several award-winning show bikes herself, including a Ducati 848 and a customized Ducati 1098R, and has also raced Ducati motorcycles.

Ducati North America's Tech Training program consists of three major certification levels. Level 1 training focuses on scheduled maintenance procedures, new bike set-up, as well as Ducati-specific system fundamentals.

Level 2 training covers engine overhaul procedures, electronic system diagnosis, and DDS (Ducati Diagnostic System) diagnostic tool and associated software training. Level 3 training, on the other hand, is divided into four seminars: Ducati Advanced Electronics Course, Ducati Engine Blueprinting Course (both contracted by Meyers Performance), Ducati Dynamometer Course (contracted by DynoJet), and Ducati Suspension Course (contracted by Ohlins USA).

Not to rain on everybody's parade, but I'm not so sure mechanically inclined chicks are into guys for the most part. Hopefully this excludes Ducati master techs but I don't think so.

"Miss Vito, being an expert on general automotive knowledge, can you tell me what would the correct ignition timing be on a 1955 Bel-Air Chevrolet with a 327 cubic inch engine and a four-barrel carburetor?"

I'm a big car enthusiast and although I do find that women knowing her shit when it comes to cars/bikes etc is very cool and would enable us to relate to things better/conversation piece etc.....I do not find it to turn me on AT all, quite the opposite actually. Somewhat of a turn off.

I do know that just about every car guy/bike guy in the world would warship such woman.......which probably adds to the fact that I'm not into it much.

I'm weird like that.

She's certainly a hottie, and must be very skilled to be able to qualify for Master Technician at Ducati, but I'm not into bikes at all.

Damn, my mechanics are an Indian dude and a middle aged white guy. They did have a sexy secretary at one point though.

Eh, ok at best. Still, Master Technician is a cool title.

Well considering what most motorcycle mechanics probably look like I'm willing to accept her as a leading candidate for hottest mechanic.

She'd probably get second looks from most males who passed her by in a store.
