This kinda blows. She and I were together for like a year and a half. Then she broke up with me at new years becuase she felt she really needed to "find herself". After a month she wanted me back. It was a tough choice because I'd just started moving on but I loved her so much that it was worth it. Its been a hard couple of months while she's invovled with her church groups and social activism people and class and work, so we only really got together one or two days a week. But it seemed like the effort would pay off in the end.

She emailed me and said she was really excited to see me. Then she got to my place and we had'the talk'. Not really what I was expecting.

Anyway, just pretty bummed out and sad. Its a long relationship and a lot of love invested. Its always hard to find someone you connect with THAT well.

She was excited to see you to break your heart? That b!tch.

Edit: Maybe it is April Fools, and she'll call you laughing?:(

Any time someone says they need a break, or need to find themselves, it's over man, let it go.

If true(not April Fools) and she comes back again, refuse to take her back. She's not worth the headache/heartache.

almost all girls go through this stage

i'd say 9 out of 10 times the girl doesn't come back because they can never resolve this 'search' other than find some new tail

Why do girls always get lost within themselves? Pretty disorganized if you ask me.

It's a euphemism for "she found someone else with whom she wants to have sex".

So true. And since after a month she wanted you back it means she didn't vibe with the guy she was f*cking for that month and didn't want to be left out in the cold, so she "took you back".

I'd just move on. Don't call her, don't text her, don't e-mail her, don't "hook up". Just move on.

QFT. If she says she needs "time off" "time apart" or "space", then it usually means she wants to fsck someone else too.
