Shaving when you have a facial "anomaly"

I'm sure it's happened to everyone. You get the proverbial pimple, and damnit, you've got to shave. The Mach3 shows no mercy and no racial bias when it comes to whiteheads and blackheads. Sometimes when I get stressed, I get one in the same dang area. Will it scar if it feels the precision wrath of my Mach3?

No, it didn't draw blood. It's just red now Nasty...

It really shouldn't scar unless you chop it off.
