Shaving stuff in your hair

Do you remember when people used to shave stuff like lightning bolts in their hair? Well i want a bat symbol shaved in my hair. Can a normal hair cutting place do this, or should i seek a someone who specializes in this sort of thing?

That used to be in style back when I was in high-school and college, which was the late 80's and early 90's. I haven't seen anyone do that in quite a while.

when i was young and a hard core toronto blue jays fan (you know...when they won the world series in both '92 and '93 ) I got a blue jays symbol shaved into the back of my head. Oh man, i was the coolest kid on the block.

and i went to a regular hair cutting place...but some fancy european guy did it.
