Okay no I am not a metrosexual, and extremely dispise them or these types of threads. I do not shave my chest hair nor will I ever. But, I was wondering about what I could do about my underarm hair, because I am active a lot (running, lifting, etc). And it seems as if sometimes it just feels nasty with all the deaoderant etc. I think if I shave it it would feel and be a lot cleaner, except wouldn't it hurt after the stubble grew back and rubber against my arms, or no? Should I just trim it? I know some people do that because they like to wear tanktops and don't want their underarm hair sticking out.

Can I get some advice please? And, yes I hate these threads as much as you do, but any help you can offer is greatly appreciated. 🙂
shave it baby 😉

Second update, the scratching is getting worse. Hope it goes away.

So far it feels awesome when I am lifting. Very clean, no sweating problems and I can use less deoderant. There is the occasional bothersome rubbing, but only for a second or two, I imagine when the stubble gets soft like a beard it will go away completely.

I'm tellin ya, in the future just trim it to a half inch or so. Hopefully you wont get any ingrown hairs there.

I will.

It'll continue to get worse for at least the next few days, or until you shave it again.

I think this is why a lot of the guys here say they trim....
