I shave every day and enjoy it. I hate the usual cartridge offerings and my Braun razor never shaved very close. It wasn't until I went the old DE, brush, and cream route that I have been able to shave baby smooth every single day. The trade off is a high initial investment (which is offset by the cheap blade costs over the years) and a large time investment in the morning. But I will never go back to Mach 3 or Quattro's after using the DE. What is even better is that Target is carrying the Proraso line of products which really are not bad. The only catch is that they are not in the shaving aisle but bundled with other spa and facial products.

The skin on your face might be too sensitive for Nair.

I think about facial electrolysis all the time.
It would save money in the long run. And keep my skin in better condition.

I never shave, just go caveman style. Isn?t that one of the pros of being in IT anyway?

I just got a new Norelco Speed XL to replace my old, trusty 8-year old Norelco XL
Wow, the new shaver is smooth as a girl's touch. What a step forward!

etc., etc...
My gosh folks, its not brain surgery. Get a decent kit, learn how to shave correctly, and enjoy life.

Usually I just wear a shirt and nobody see ..... err wait, you're talking about facial hair and not back hair. Just grow a beard, Problem solved.

I shave once a week, and even then it isn't even noticable :p

<obligatory "some day you'll hit puberty" post> :p

I get away with just shaving two or three times per week.

I used to clip my facial hair. I didn't want it to grow in thick. I kept getting nagged by my controlling sister and mother for about a year straight (anytime they got a chance they would nag). I finally used a razor because of it. I totally regret it because if I skip one day now, it comes out all blotchy.

Sad thing is, my sister doesn't even realize how controlling and manipulative she is. She thinks it is only my mom who is that way. Meh, she is married now, so it isn't my problem.

Not only do you get less skin irritation if you shave every other day, but you get a closer shave, too. I generally go every other day when I'm not wearing a beard.

Hell, I shave every morning and can usually use another shave if I'm going out at night.
