Shaun Livingston dislocates kneecap

Menotwatch... I had my kneecap travel all the way to the back right side and then back pulling a ball to the opposite field. Too much pivot and plant with bad knees. 5 bone fragments and a cracked kneecap. The bone frags were off the end of my tibia. Doc started to show me the pics after surgery and I needed to recline immediately.

if i had that ******, i wouldve assed to be instantly knocked out

it wasnt bad enough when he it started in the wrong direction, he fcking landed atop it and folded over the damn thing

C'mon Shaun, walk it off like a man.

ESPN. MSNBC also has it.
You people act like youtube is the only place on the web for videos

🙁

*pours out a  for his Peoria native homie.

This poor kid never was able to get healthy. Now his career in the NBA is probably toast. Hopefully he stashed away some of his earnings.

You think youtube is the only site that gets blocked? 😛

On topic, I'd call that a career-ending injury right there. Yikes!

An MRI exam Tuesday revealed that Livingston suffered tears of three of the four major ligaments that support the knee. He tore the anterior cruciate, posterior cruciate and medial collateral ligaments. Livingston also tore his lateral meniscus and a dislocation of his patella.

His career could likely be done.

I don't know about that. What they can do with knee surgery is AMAZING these days. I think they just fix you up with cadaver parts. Sports medicine has really advanced the last 15 years.

After landing awkwardly after a layup, he tore his ACL, MCL, PCL and lateral meniscus, along with a dislocation to the patella and myriad other injuries. [1]

his career is over, i don't see him let alone anyone else being able to come back from an injury as serious as that. let's just hope that he saved some money and didn't burn it all on bling bling, because basketball was his life. he'll get paid this year, but next year is a team option (i think), and the clippers won't be picking that up.

omg I just saw that for the first time and holy crap I had to cringe when I watched it ... then I replayed it and cringed even more.

I broke my ankle and sprained my other one at the same time 2 years ago playing basketball and man, it was so painful. This looks so much worse. Poor kid it probably ruined his career 🙁
