i had one of these before. the display is not all that great, but linux was awesome and with a WiFi CF card this thing rocks with its built in keyboard

I've got an SL-5500 and I agree, the screen isn't anything to brag about but I wonder if Linux is at fault and not the sceeen.

The screen technology used by the SL-5600 is becoming a bit dated. The new SL-6000 is supposed to sport the best PDA screen now available.

That said, a great price for the SL-5600.

Good find. I am facinated by my 5500. I can download lots of free software including the sophisticated financial calculator.
