Sharp projector

I need to determine if it's possible to control power point presentation using the default remote on a Sharp XR-10X Projector. It states this: It even has an RS-232 port for computer control of the projector.

What do I need to buy?
 
I have this projector, but haven't tried to do what you are. I just wanted to say I wouldn't buy this projector again.
Sharps support is atrocious (but you might get lucky and not need it 😉.) My FIRST bulb lasted about 800 hrs, and finding a replacement was a joke. I have no problem with the image though.

What about using a presentation remote?
