Sharp pains in left temple

Well every now and then tonight I keep getting really PAINFUL and SHARP pains at my left Temple area. Any idea what they can be? I will go to a walk in clinic tomorrow morning, for now just relaxing in front of the pc.

Also a lil background I do have High BP, but took some ASA pills like 3 - 4 hours ago.

I would certainly go to the doctor, not necesarilly the ER, but your doctor ASAP.
