This is an amazing LCD tv/monitor. I have the non gaming version of this monitor and then when I saw the price on this version, I got it. I highly recommend this as a gaming monitor. There are a few things that people complain about that are fixed on thsi version and later version (gp3u).
1. No dynamic contrast while using it as a monitor.
2. Vyperdrive (they claim reduced input lag, but I am not a believer in input lag issues, but whatever).
Point being, I have pushed this as a monitor for a year now on Anandtech and I would just like to reiterate.
