Sharky goes bye bye

You sure it's not an April Fools' day prank?

😕

[EDIT]Maybe not, it was dated March 29th... I first read it yesterday.[/EDIT]

Sharky leaving is by no means a reason to saddened. He has been a huge Intel fan (read BIASED), has 500 long reviews (so they can put up more banner ads) and was just generally a boring site.

I prefer Toms Hardware in depth reviews any day over Sharky. No big loss, I say.

Maybe he's getting a job at Intel. Craig Barrett needs someone to perk him up when his engineers fail.

I, too, stopped going when the reviews started pushing 12 pages for a heatsink. Haven't been back in at least a year.

*shrug*

I stop visiting right after their sold out to another company. Their reviews are all biased. Tom's and Anandtech are much better. no biggie to me. Their site are crappy compared to here anyway 🙂

<< Thanks Tom from Tom's Hardware Guide, I hope you won't stress out so much anymore and be nice to Anand will ya? >>

ROFL 😉

I wasn't much of a sharky fan, but then again, the more sources we have, the better informed we can be, and the more likely we are to get the straight info instead of some PR job.

Andy (from BXBoards) anticipated this a while back, he said he felt many of the sites would fade away in light of the dwindling advertising revenue, and that only the really big sites and true hobbyists would remain....... I agree with him.

haha John I noticed that too. true tho!
I'm told that whores have a hard time leaving their pimps... Sharky watch your back LOL
