This isn't the first time I've heard that Wagner was a suspect and that the case was heating up. This seems to happen every few years. At this stage, they're never going to get a conviction on the guy. They would have gotten one already if they could. Besides, he's 88 years old. Probably gonna croak any day now.

I do agree the case is interesting on its facts though.
