sharing wifi from laptop

my fiber connection is gonna go away for 2 weeks or so because its been upgraded and well now I wanna use my neighbours Wifi connections from my laptop

so laptop wifi to lan on my router to my pc

I tried it with sharing the internet on my wifi card and making a network bridge and then setting the laptop's ip as gateway on my router and pc but that didnt work

anyone got any idea?
I dont use my laptop only for the next 2 weeks :cry:

if it matters im using a linksys wrt54gl router

im using dd-wrt I tried that client mode a while ago but it didnt work, prob cause the wifi network is secured with wpa so it aint open.

It's worked for me -- I won't use anything less than WPA. I've heard of troubles with WPA2 in some cases, but WPA should be fine, and the best-tested configuration.

its wpa and I just tried but didnt work, I think the signal is to weak(eventho my laptop next to it works but with 5 mbps speed)
