Sharing web and files from PC to laptop, help?

So I am trying to share the web and files thru my moms PC to her laptop.
The PC has broadband hooked up via ethernet. And has a wireless card in the PC. The laptop has a wireless card.
How do I go about having the web/files be shared via my moms PC over the wireless card, to the wireless laptop card? I turned on file and internet sharing and everything, but nothing seem to flow right setting it all up.

Any help?

It will be much better to buy a Wireless Cable/DSL Router and do it Nice and stable.

However for the moment. You have to configure both Wireless cards to Ad-Hoc mode (done in the drivers or and the Wireless Utility. Configure the rest of the Wireless.
