Sharing tab not visible under windows 2000

Hey i just reinstalled Windows 2000 and the sharing tab not visible in windows explorer.... I juste don't remember why it is not there.......

Anybody as an Idea

 
You first have to go into the properties of your NIC and install "File and Print Sharing for Microsoft Networks"
