Sharing only Printer to everyone

I have a 2003 Server on a workgroup that runs as my home router with dhcp, how can I share the connected printer to every computer on my network without having to type in a user name and password with the Guest account disabled? I want to have the file shares on the server still requior a user name and password to get in and when the Guest account is enabled the login box doesnt show.
