Sharing itunes library between users.

I am using windows Vista.

So I put the itunes library in a spot that is accessable to both users. I was able to change the itunes library location in both users to that location. If I add any more songs it should put them in that central location, however will the files automatically be added to the library in the other user? If I add songs in user A when I log into user b will the library show those added songs or do you have to manually go and add them?
 
I'm pretty sure you would still need to add them manually. I add music to my itunes music folder all the time, and it has never been automatically detected.
