Sharing files (or making one box a server) b/t two W2K pc's - BOTH need a user account w/the same name, right?

As above; just clarifying that if I want to share files b/t two W2K boxes that I need to create a user account w/THE SAME NAME on each box. Thanks.
 
You only need to create the same user with same password on both machines if you want to avoid the password loggon when acessing the share
