sharing email address / outlook

Hello

I want to setup an email address which I share with another person who sits in another office. Is there a way I can make it so that the email with stay on the server until we have both received it? (We are using outlook).

Or would it be best to just have email from that address forwarded to both of us?

It's in the settings for your email account, under the Advanced tab. There's a checkbox for "Leave a copy of messages on the server".

What type of mailhost is it? IMAP, Exchange, POP, Web, etc?
