Sharing dialup internet connection wirelessly

Ok, I am fairly sure I am going about this correctly, but I would just like to make sure.

I need to set up a wireless network to share a dialup internet connection. I know, dialup sucks, but there is no cable or DSL service in this particular area.

What I am planning on doing is turning on ICS on the computer with the modem. Then connecting it with a wire to a D-Link DI-514 wireless router. Turning DHCP OFF on the router, and then having a second computer with a wireless NIC connecting to that. I figure go ahead and get a router now, since they are about the same price as an access point, and if cable or DSL comes in the future, we can just plug it in and go.

Am I missing anything?

You are on the right track.

You should change the IP of the Wireless Router to one that can be accommodated by ICS.

If ICS does not work try this instead: AnalogX Proxy.
