I was playing Morrowind and it crashed constantly until I checked my system info and noticed that my usb ports were sharing my Video irq. I removed it and morrowind runs fine except I still see a sharing/conflict in io port and memory between my Geforce 4 TI4600 and pci to pci bridge. Is this a conflict even though I have no pci cards in my machine( I use all the built in features like audio and lan)?

Sharing IRQ is not a problem at all, and Windows (95?!) reporting a non-conflict conflict between PCI-PCI bridges and the devices behind them is just operating system silliness.

PCI bridges do not use resources, they bridge them over so that the devices on the bridged bus can use them. W95 doesn't know the difference between bridged and used resources, so it reports them as a conflict. But that's only in the detail view, there is no actual complaint (no yellow exclamation mark), and the system is OK as it is.

You don't have any PCI devices? Well maybe physically, but logically, all the chipset integrated stuff, onboard toys, and the AGP card appear as PCI devices - and the chipset-to-AGP bridge appears to be a PCI-PCI bridge. Perfectly normal that too.

As usual, your problem lies completely elsewhere. Don't be mislead by the Conflict Spinners. Search for inadequate cooling or power supply, buggy drivers, bad RAM.
