sharing AOL accross a network?

For temporary purposes we have a full year of FREE aol (no jokes, it was free). Is there any way of sharing the AOL connection of the network? Our server is running Windows 2000 server adition and the workstations are running WinXP Pro. The network is 10/100mbs.

I am aware of how ICS works, but I thought since AOL uses its own proprietary dialer that it would not function correctly. Also, is there any way to make AOL dial/disconnect when there has been no activity on the connection in a set amount of time? The telephone lines at my office are metered, so I do not want to burn through $9/day from phone charges.
