Sharing a printer over 11Mbps wireless and XP, how?

I imagine I just activate NetBEUI or NetBIOS over TCP/IP but what about security then?

I have my machines static IP'd and the Router only accepts those IP's + 128bit WEP.

The printer is on my XP Pro box via USB and my wife's is XP Home.

Both machines have 11Mbps Wireless cards.

I am currently using a solution of having two usb cables, each running from the each machine to the back of the printer...with usb it's easy to unplug and replug in the new setup...but it'd be nice to have a hands off soluton.

iirc you'd have to enable file/print sharing not using TCP/IP in order to keep your files secure. (I don't know very much about it unfortunately) You could put passwords on shared resources
