Ah, the good old days... I remember (with embarrassment) actually giving some poor, probably long-dead, old-guy liquor store owner a hard time for not selling to me when I was around 16-17 (when the legal age was still 18). I was postively indignant - after all, most other places sold to me no problem. :whiste: I wasn't a big believer in the cheesy fake IDs that were the only ones readily available back then, so I couldn't offer him even that, but distinctly remember arguing: "This is New York, a lot of people don't have drivers' licenses!":rolleyes: Which was and is still true, but I mean Jesus Christ, the thought of some 16 year old giving me that line now just makes me laugh and cringe at the same time...
