We are currently using resource mailboxes to manage some of our conference rooms.
Since we want to switch hosted exchange providers, I want to explore the possibility of using Sharepoint instead of a resource mailbox. (This was recommended by one of the IT people at the potential new exchange provider)
Are there any guides how to use sharepoint as a resource mailbox?
Can you even invite sharepoint calendars on outlook meeting requests, or is IT at the new place just full of it?
