Shared Interrupts - Win2k FIC 503+/k6-III+/MVP3

My system is piling everything up in IRQ #7. Currently, Video, Sound, USB, and my Modem are all running on IRQ #7. I want to change the interrupts for these devices, as I have several free interrupts available. But, Win2k has the change settings checkbox disabled. Any ideas?
