Shared internet connection makes my PC crash.

I live in a student housing with no wifi, there is only one single Ethernet port which is currently connected to my PC running Windows 7 HP 64-bit SP1. So I had to imporvise any kind of wireless access point.

So I came across sharing my ethernet connection wirelessly through Microsoft Virtual Wifi Adapter. It seemed to work fine for a while, but it drops after maybe 10 - 20 minutes, sometimes 30, it varies alot. Some quick Google searches revealed no fixes as to why these are happening, but then again, I suck at Googling.

Anyways, back to the problem at hand. I found out when the connection drops, my PC also freezes. I've seen this kind of freeze before, mouse cursor wont move, button presses do nothing, and the Caps Lock LED key won't even come on if I press it. It looks very similar to a GPU driver error.
I use a free program called MyPublicWifi to host the network: http://www.mypublicwifi.com/publicwifi/en/index.html
The freezes only happen when I am running said program.

I have a ASUS P8Z68 V-PRO/GEN3 mobo.
I have updated all my drivers.
I have also tried running the program as Administrator, aswell as giving it High priority, and nothing changes.
I have even tried plugging in a router but it did not work. It detects something is plugged in but I did not get internet.
I really have no idea what is causing this. Can you help me?

Assuming that the School does not detect the Add-ons and block it, and that you have a Wireless card in the computer in addition to the main card that gets the Internet.

Try this instead of the MyPublicWIFI.

It does work for awhile but it drops my 3DS out after about 5 minutes if not less. I also get this error at start: "An event could not start one of the subscribers (Exception from HRESULT: 0x80040201)". Tried my best to translate to English.

Also: Hostname and IP could not be found.

Holy, shit I solved it.

Apparently my wireless headset interferes with the Wi-fi signal and it causes my PC to freeze and then drop out. With once I activated my headset my PC froze, and when I turned them off again it was fine.
