Shared Directories On XP Pro

If there is a box that has a admin account as Administrator and a password and you want to share a directory on it and the other boxes trying to access the share have no passwords on them, how can you does this so you don't need to use a username and password to access it?

Actually now that I look at it, the "Workgroup" is where the password is needed. When that is first clicked a user pass is asked to gain access to the "Workgroup" how can I remove this off the workgroup.
