I just watched an old-school episode. Guy has a restraining order against his wife. He visits her anyways, his mom (already there) tries to call the cops but he grabbed the phone to prevent it. She stabs him with a butcher knife about 15 times. Cops come. Mom says son attacked her, prompting the stabbings. It seems clear the guy didn't do anything to provoke an attack that violent, but he says he doesn't want to press charges against his mom out of respect for her.

Well, the police have to take her to jail regardless of what he wants, so they do. Then the COPS drop the bombshell: That the guys wife was having a lesbian relationship with his mother, this old fat black lady who was 61 years old.

I love cops. My favorite episodes are the old school ones where its a drug enforcement team and the go through neighborhoods and arrest the dealers, then interrogate them and force them to tell who their suppliers are just like the movies.

Watched an episode about a month ago where they were down in new orleans for mardi gras, cops arrested one person who tried to steal a can of beer from a store. One of the cops asked the kid if his mother had any kids that lived. I thought that was pretty funny.

The police get an alarm at a barbar shop and find a HUGE naked guy high on pcp running around the place. The guy is basicly impervious to pain, it takes 5 cops to get him down and in cuffs. The suspect bleeds all over them in the process as he had been shot by the shop owner. The whole time he was being taken down he said "put it in the paper!" over and over and over.

I love all episodes of cops when they pull someone over for drugs and they try to deny that they have anything. When the cops search the car they always find something and the stories they come up with make me laugh.

I saw a similar one a while back with two guys... one was in a wheelchair and the other guy was mad at him for something... I don't remember the whole story... turns out the two guys are "life partners." Should've seen the look on the cops face when he asked the guy in the wheelchair what his relation is to the other guy, and he told him they were lovers.

Haha! That was the Tased ad Confused episode. The punk was in his ex-girlfriend's apartment and was beating up her new boyfriend. The cops tasered him in the back and he didn't have a shirt on. He pissed himself and was like "Dude, that really freakin hurt."

It was some COPS in a Florida precinct lockup - the camera is shooting a cop glancing at some guys in the drunk tank or whatever ( there were alot of people in the cell ). The cop sniffs the air or something and smells weed, then he shouts to open the door. A couple cops run in and grab a guy smokin up. I think it turned out he was arrested for posession.

I said earlier, but I'll post it again.

One of my favorites was when a cop was chasing a suspect down the road and the suspect jumps over some train tracks and starts following those. The cop does the same thing, except he blows out his tire and get stuck on the tracks. He tries getting free, mentioning that he hopes a train doesn't come and all of a sudden you hear a train whistle. That train is bearing down on the cop, but it ends up taking another set of tracks. They continue to attempt to free him and you here another train whistle, this time from the other side. It too takes another side track.

The last thing you see and hear is the group of officers joking about how the chief will react, and then the chief radios in. :laugh:

I haven't seen this one in many moons, but there was an episode out of Miami I think. Where this huge weightlifting drug runner battled a few K-9 dogs and officers for what seemed like a few minutes. I thought it was worse than the barbershop incident mentioned above

what about the one where the guy gets pulled over by the cop, gets out of the car, INSISTS he has no "contraband" and the whole time he's got a joint over his ear...

The cop finally reaches over and takes it and shows him...the guy says something like...oops, you got me!!!

SCREW YOU!! You beat me to it.. That was the funniest moment in my history of watching tv, the cops pull this guy over and ask him at least 5 times if he has any weed on him. The guy swears to god, looks very calm and keep saying no way.. About half way through I notice the joint being held up by his ear and literally pissed my pants in laughter.. LMFAO, just thinking about it makes me laugh. That episode of cops barely beats my second funniest moment ever on tv, which was Luis Farrakahan telling Ted Koppel on nightline that the aliens were coming to kill the infidels in a serious tone of voice, and watching Koppel try to maintain a straight face

The one where the guy is trying to see his wife, but his wife's family will not let him see her so he bribes her with cigarettes. He's like, "Come on baby. I'll buy you a couple packs of cigarettes and we can go eat shrimp." Then she gets mad at him because he doesn't have the cigarettes on him, but goes with him anyway to get them.

I saw one a few years ago where these cops are called in over a domestic dispute. Apparently this guy got the wrong kind of burger for his wife, and she starts throwing pieces of her cheeseburger at him. They start yelling and flinging cheeseburger, and the cops have to come in with a straight face, because some neighbor called over the disturbance.
