I have none, that's why I want yours :(

My diet is basically chicken sandwhiches w/ fruit/veggies over and over, looking to add some variety.

1. Put 1lb of ground beef in frying pan and cook until done.
2. Cook cheapest mac & cheese that you can find until done.
3. Pour Sweet Baby Ray's BBQ into ground beef.
4. Mix ground beef and mac & cheese.
5. Enjoy.

Egg white omelets with your favorite veggies, lean meats, cheeses are tasty and quick. A sure winner is fresh spinach, chevre cheese, crimini/baby 'bella mushrooms, and deli turkey breast.

a couple pouches of Tuna, Barilla plus rotini (more protein, omega 3, and fiber compared to regular dry pasta),(diced and sauteed in a little olive oil, sea salt, fresh ground pepper)-colored bell peppers and frozen sweet peas, some low fat mayo or EV olive oil and red wine or basalmic vinegar for the dressing, your favorite herbs and/or spices, makes a quick, healthy, inexpensive, and delicious meal or 3. I eat it as a cold pasta salad, but you can eat it warm too, particularly with O&V.

Another tasty, healthy, high protein, slap-it-together meal is

Chicken breast (can be canned, but I take the time to cook it fresh)
2 cans of dark red kidney beans, or 1 can+1 can light reds
3 cloves Garlic (crushed and finely chopped)
sliced colored sweet bell peppers
jar of favorite Salsa or Picante
Sliced sweet onion
Sliced Jalapeños *optional

Saute the Chicken breast and garlic in olive oil, favorite herb&/or spices till just cooked through, and put aside. Then add more Olive oil if needed to the saute pan , and cook all the veggies till crisp tender, then add the beans, salsa, and chicken breast, stir lightly, almost folding in fact (don't want to mash your beans up) until heated through, and serve over a bed of brown rice or wrap up in a tortilla and add a little shredded colbyjack.

I eat a lot of cereal with skim milk, often to supplement a small meal (like tonight, I had a chicken breast and a big bowl of shredded wheat). As long as I'm not eating the lucky charms type of cereal, is this reasonable nutritionally and as a major component of my diet? Right now, in my cabinet, I have about 8 boxes of different varieties of Special K - red berries, protein plus, vanilla almond, etc. Plus a couple boxes of raisin bran.
