Share some interesting Google map street view locations

This is a town we used to pass through on our way to camping. It got hammered during floods a few years back, so it's mostly interesting to compare the older street view pics with the current ones. We drove through there not long after the floods and saw the devastation. Went from population of 470 down to 100.

Looks like every small town in Arizona.

Arizona: more armpits than a Hindu goddess.
As a Midwesterner, the ghost towns of the West are captivating to me. I am more used to my urban decay happening in the city center.

But maybe this is more to your taste if you remember Scott Walker.

That looks rough as hell.

The old school building is beautiful though.

All of the links here are showing some other language for me. Happening for anyone else?

Probably has to do with the origin of the forum server as it pulls the preview info so Google tries to guess the IP location. Maybe the server is hosted outside North America.

Nothing super crazy, but I always loved the vibe of this general store. It's like super stereotypical northern Ontario. The antlers on post office really tie it together.

Almost bought property on that road when I was in search for land. Would have had a whole lake to myself more or less, although it was very swampy which is why I didn't buy it. Would be very hard to build on.
