share modem in win2k?

i just got a bluetoth headset for my pc and not sure uyet how to best utilize it.

i plan to use some voice command in games but would also like to use the telephone with
it however my modem is in another PC.

is there a way to share the modem like sharing a printer etc?

You will be able to share the modem connection by microsoft internet sharing wizard.
