Yeah, i watched the movie awhile ago back in asia, and yesterday decided to pick up the movie on import (hkflix.com). lull and behold Disney has bought all copyrights to the movie in north america and will be releasing it next year!

i am a big stephen chow fan; loved him ever since i was in 2nd grade (13 years ago). However, shaolin soccer is not very high on my must see stephen chow comedies.

that movie is freaking AWESOME!
I absolutely loved that...I saw it at a LAN party at like 4 am, but it was hilarious!

yeah they're bringing it over, but they're BUTCHERING IT for the US.

they're changing the entire score to hip hop i hear, they're cutting out some majorly funny-ass parts (the part with the egg, you know what i mean... )

and the title will be "Kung Fu Soccer" not "Shaolin Soccer" to reduce confusion.

I really hope it won't change the whole feel of the movie (but you know it will)
