I remember seeing footage of this during PAX and it looks great. If you are a fan of 2D brawler-type games you should check this out. You should still check it out even if you aren't. Notably there appear to be Devil May Cry-esque combos and even some lunge action. You have knives, pistols, a chainsaw and grenades which can be combined for different combos.
There's a brief Giant Bomb Quick Look which is featured on the game's main page. No platforms announced yet but it is expected to be a downloadable title. The art style is impressive.
