I purchased a Sharp Vacuum from Dyna Direct about a week ago. Great price is what made the sale. That, and a fair shipping price of $9.00. It arrived in a few days as expected. Problem is, the variable speed circuit wasn't working 🙁
We were bummed. I filled out their on-line RMA form on Tuesday and waited for my number. Couple days passed and no number! Grrrr. Their phone number for support is long distance, and I don't have a long distance carrier, or calling card at the moment...
...I was just about to fill out an application for long distance when my wife said, "Do you know we have a second vacuum here from UPS?" Har! I still haven't gotten an RMA and they have a new unit here already!
Well, I'd be the first to bitch if any store crossed me in any way. So, it's only right that I mention when one of them does things right! Check em out, they have my (higher than average) recommendation! 😛
