Mobo: Shuttle AN35N Ultra
CPU: Athlon 2400+ mobile barton
RAM: 2 x 512 PC3200 Corsair Value Select (in slots 2 and 3)
Video card: Sapphire Radeon 9600 Pro Atlantis
Case/PSU: Raidmax 400W

I could not get the system to run stable at 200 FSB, so I set the FSB to 175, 1:1 ratio, with 11:3:3:2.5 timings. Cpu @ 10x multiplier, so 1.75 ghz.

Memtest showed no errors over night.

Computer rebooting in the middle of windows and when it restarts it now says "Cannot start, system32\drivers\ntfs.sys cannot has an error" or something like that. I have the most difficult time getting this system to run stable. It does not need to be fast, just stable.

Any advice? The RAM is brand new so I'm starting to suspect motherboard / psu ? Any quick way to test this? I've spent more time on this computer than any other build I've ever done.

I would say that power supply is your problem, basically junk.

I'm going to test everything with the power supply I've used in my A64 2800+ rig for over a year... it's an Allied 400W that's been stable with everything I've thrown at it. I'll post results

I know you ran your mem test, but, this ram wants more than the default 2.5 v to be stable. I had instability, like you, an increase to 2.7 v fixed my stability problems. There you have it. Good luck

maybe I tried mine (same ram) as high as 2.8v, following the advice of the corsair ram guy and it did not help.
On my system It refuses to run stably at 400ddr maybe 4-5 blue screens a week but at 333 ddr I have been running 6-8 weeks without a single bluescreen.

I'll take the slight performance loss for the stability and try another ram next time
