Mobo: Shuttle AN35N Ultra
CPU: Athlon 2400+ mobile barton
RAM: 2 x 512 PC3200 Corsair Value Select (in slots 2 and 3)
Video card: Sapphire Radeon 9600 Pro Atlantis
Case/PSU: Raidmax 400W
I could not get the system to run stable at 200 FSB, so I set the FSB to 175, 1:1 ratio, with 11:3:3:2.5 timings. Cpu @ 10x multiplier, so 1.75 ghz.
Memtest showed no errors over night.
Computer rebooting in the middle of windows and when it restarts it now says "Cannot start, system32\drivers\ntfs.sys cannot has an error" or something like that. I have the most difficult time getting this system to run stable. It does not need to be fast, just stable.
Any advice? The RAM is brand new so I'm starting to suspect motherboard / psu ? Any quick way to test this? I've spent more time on this computer than any other build I've ever done.
