Since lupi syringered us by never revealing the secret reason why we need to hate fun games like Shadowrun, we should all put in an extra $5 in his name 🙂

4 days left, they're almost at 1.5 million.

I already covered that in my response to you on the 1st page (video link before chart). If you're actually interested though, go to the kick-starter page directly and check out update 6.

Note: There were serious changes after update 6 that I'm not going to read to you.

I'm not really much of a fan of the franchise but I'm pretty sure that the SNES was was realtime, at least in combat. I recall its interface being rather cumbersome and having to equip the first pistol while under fire.

Whelp, that's convinced me. I just pledged my $15. Also, happy to note that the Leisure Suit Larry project made their goal. I didn't contribute to that one but kept an eye on it.

I see a lot of sales pitch to get more funding...but where are concept art/drawings? Surely they must have something [even alpha] in place by now...

Maybe I'm just paranoid - but this is one of those projects that makes me sing "things that make you go hmmmm"....

It's a small, newly founded studio, run by a veteran with an established reputation. They're basically staking their entire reputation on this, and from all appearances Weisman genuinely wants to make the game. I sincerely doubt they'll mess it up.

Edit: Also, it appears they're already doing concept art: http://harebrained-schemes.com/shadowrun/backer-images/

Not released as such, but the art is happening.
