Shadowgate remake - Kickstarter

I know, yet another Kickstarter, but gamers (especially the slightly older ones) should be interested in this.

Zojoi is doing a remake/update of Shadowgate. They're redesigning some puzzles, adding more content, but overall maintaining the elements of the original game.

Check it out! It's a modest funding goal, so with a couple thousand people it should be doable.

OK I guess. I liked graphic adventures back in the 80's and 90's when computers were weak and they couldnt render in real time.
Now that they can, I prefer stuff like Gothic and such. Actually I wish those games would have better puzzles.

Maybe I will get this.
 
Shadowrun is infinitely more awesome, but I think Fasa still owns the rights and since they havent authorized any games recently, good luck with that.
The last one was a mess and I think with competition from established franchises like Deus Ex, they wont be able to break in to the market.
