Ubi/Wolfpack studios has agreed to thousands of customers to deliver us a working game. This working game has had 5 seconds of lag from release to now... server end. The login servers are lagging so badly it takes 30 minutes to log in, and over an hour to create a charecter. THIS IS AFTER THE FIX THAT WAS SUPPOSED TO RECTIFY IT. This game has had less than 50% uptime since release, and has already had a client side hack in which no one was caught and some servers had to be rolled back.
My question is: Could there be a class action lawsuit sueing for all fees paid and the initial price of the game? A ton of people would jump on this boat because the game is totally unplayable in its current state. I would consider this game barely ready for beta.
The lawsuit would be under Non-Delivery of services.
