I picked up an old tire machine a couple of months ago for a sweet price
The problem is is uses plastic fittings for everything. And over time, this has happened to several of them
Right now I'm dealing with one under the turntable. I can get to it, but I have no way of repairing it. And by getting to it, I mean I can see it with 3 mirrors and 2 flashlights
(top fitting in this picture)
The leak is on the lower coupling, right against the frame of the machine. There's literally no room to move around in there
I'm thinking: whip up a small batch of JB weld, jam it into the crack as best as possible then clamp it with some vise grips. When it dries, run a tap through it to clean the threads.
