SH6 problem....any ideas?

Heres what I have. A P3 550E running on an SH6 with 256 megs of Infinion. The same stuff was on a P3V4X for 9 months and would run up to 814mhz with lower RAM settings and about a .1volt increase.
Got the SH6 and since first boot here are the oddities I have encountered.
1) board will not enter the BIOS in the normal manner when the memory clock is set to 133.
To enter it I must jumper reset the CMOS.......every time. It is running stable at 733 with the fast memory settings, but to tweak it I have to start over in the BIOS. This sucks.

2) set the board to run at 770 mhz, with lower RAM settings. Runs stable with a 3D loop and Stability Test indefinately. Go to reboot the next day and it won't do anything. Reset CMOS and redo settings same thing, runs great.

The way it is set up now it is running fine and booting fine. I just wonder why it will not enter the BIOS at the DEL key, and why it will not reset to default settings while pressing <INSERT> at power on as the manual claims.

I know my overclocking is a part of the problem, but this setup ran fine on a P3V4X for 9 months and I don't even know where the CMOS jumper is on that board.
I have the latest BIOS installed WV, but that changed nothing.

Anybody have any ideas? It strikes me as a BIOS or BIOS chip problem, but I don't really know.

I am currently only running mine at 733Mhz as you are too. I normally have it up to 825. What are the settings you are trying to use, FSB,core voltage etc....?
