First Pvt. Lynndie England heads to court on Wednesday. She is accused of abusing Iraqi prisoners and posing for sexually explicit photos with fellow soldiers.

This will be her first court appearance since giving birth.

On Thursday, Sgt. Hasan Akbar goes to court. He is accused of launching a grenade attack against his own troops. Two people died and 14 others were wounded.

Akbar's lawyers plan to discuss the insanity defense and try to keep his confession out of evidence. He faces the death penalty if convicted.
Insanity my ass. This guy needs to be made an example.

Perhaps he is an Iraqi freedom fighter, who knew the truth and was just protecting the innocent people?
